What’s On

“A fabulous, family orientated club with fantastic playing and events facilities.....an excellent all round rugby experience for players and supporters, volunteers, visitors and guests.”

Our doors are open to the public all year round, rugby supporters or not. Whether you are local to the area, or are visiting Burntwood for the first time, we would love to welcome you. Our extensive drinks menu and roaring fire make us the perfect place for walkers to take a well-earned rest. There are TV screens for sports, and an outside patio area for you to admire the beautiful scenery whilst enjoying your drink.

Throughout the year we always have a busy schedule of events. What better way to show off our fantastic facilities and services than to host our own parties, shows, dinners and the showstopping Rugby Club Summer Ball.

Rugby Club
We are proud of our roots as a Rugby Club and we host several events throughout the year for our current players and veterans. Head over to our Rugby website and Facebook page for details of these events.
If you are a sports fan, why not experience a match day at the Club and sample a selection of fine wines, premium lagers and beers whilst watching the game?
We also have a dedicated Player’s Bar which always has a great atmosphere, regardless of the match result. Head over to our Rugby Club website for the latest fixtures, results and sports news.
Caring for our Community
At the heart of the Burntwood community, we like to look after people. We have a defibrillator at the Club, thanks to sponsorship from Councillor Darren Ennis. This vital piece of equipment, located on the North Shore of Chasewater, has been installed for the benefit of the local people.
We have also joined the Star Foundation’s StarActiv8 recycling campaign and have a clothes bank on site, located on our car park. We accept clothes, shoes, bags, belts, bedding, curtains, books, CDs and DVDs, and all monies raised will benefit our Club, the young people in the community and the environment.
