We can take the hassle out of party organising, so you can spend your time making special memories, not preparing, cleaning or serving. We can decorate the room, set it up to your exact requirements, provide quality catering, and even tidy up afterwards. Our staffed bars also serve a wide range of drinks and snacks, so that’s another thing to tick off your checklist.

The Nailers Suite

Host up to 110 guests in this comfortable upstairs space, boasting a stage at one end, and a fully stocked and manned bar at the other. It is accessible from the car park and lift, plus there are disabled toilets. An entrance onto the Harry’s Bar landing area and the stairs leading down to Harry’s Bar can be kept closed for your private party, or opened up to enjoy the full expanse of our fantastic facilities.

Harry’s Bar

If you are expecting up to 150 guests, then Harry’s Bar is the room for you. With a dedicated entrance from the car park, this downstairs space features a large fireplace and fully stocked and manned bar. A door leading to The Nailers Suite from the balcony makes it possible to take advantage of the full venue.

*Please note, access to Harrys Bar is available from 5:30pm on Saturdays and 3pm on Sundays from September to April, during the rugby season.

Now you’ve got the perfect room to hold your tailored event in, it’s time to sort out the rest.

We are proud of the variety of beverages we stock and serve in our bars. Our drinks menu boasts a huge range of wines, beers, ales, spirits and soft drinks, so all of our guests can enjoy their choice of tipple.
No doubt your event will be full of laughter and fun, but we also want you and your guests to have full stomachs. You can supply your own food if preferred, but why not entrust our experienced team to look after this? Contact us with your requirements- whether it’s a tasty cold buffet for guests to pick at as and when they wish, or a delicious sit-down meal- we have it covered. If anyone has special dietary requirements, rest assured we can cater to these requests. We are also able to provide the tablecloths and cutlery should you wish, and we will happily clear everything away after you and your guests.
Use our venue as the perfect starting point for your dream event. Decorate our rooms just as you like, and provide any entertainment you wish.
Djs, bands or singers make a welcome addition to private parties, and extra entertainment such as selfie mirrors or casino tables would certainly wow your guests.
Children’s parties are always fun. Entertain the little ones by hiring inflatables, ball pits, clowns, princesses, face painters, or anything else that will keep them amused.
For funeral wakes, play memorial videos or photo slideshows on our TV screens. Our rooms are also spacious enough to display photographs and memorabilia of your loved one you have lost, adding a personal touch to your function.
If you are from a local group or society, or hosting a corporate or charity event, make use of our equipment- microphones for guest speakers and TV screens for presentations. We are more than happy to set everything up for you, then clear it away for you afterwards, so you can simply turn up and pay full attention to your guests.

Exceptional value, every time
To host a baby shower, children’s party or christening in our beautiful venue with excellent facilities and tailored services, pay just £65 (plus £50 refundable deposit). For this price, we can work with you from start to finish to make your private event the best it can be. Now that’s great value for money.
The magnificent Outdoor Grand Marquee
Impress up to 200 guests in this spectacular setting which basks in the breathtaking views of the surrounding Chasewater Country Park, and benefit from our tailored services in a private and salubrious space.
We can provide a variety of food and, if any of your guests have special dietary requirements, our experienced team are here to help. To tickle your tastebuds, contact us now to run through your catering needs.
Typically the Grand Marquee is booked for weddings at this time of year, but we are able to offer you the opportunity to wow guests with the splendour of this venue.
All of this is available to you in the first week of July for just £695 (plus £100 refundable deposit), and includes a staffed bar.
