Helping the community
We work with and support many local clubs at our venue. We continue to help our community stay active, providing pitches for local clubs who use us as their home ground.
Some of the groups who already benefit from our excellent facilities include short mat bowls, pilates, an outdoor bootcamp and an over 50’s club. Whatever the nature of your club, group, association or society, our rooms can be adapted to suit your needs and our tailored services keep your members happy.

The Nailers Suite for Clubs
This spacious upstairs room and balcony space includes a stage and fully stocked and manned bar, should you require refreshments. Holding up to 80 people, the suite can be adapted to suit the nature of your group, all for £20 per hour. With its dedicated entrance from the car park, lift and accessible restrooms, this room is perfect for all your members.
An entrance onto the Harry’s Bar landing area and the stairs leading down to Harry’s Bar can be kept closed for your privacy, or you can open it up to utilise the venue’s full facilities.
Harry’s Bar for Clubs
For larger societies, treat your members to the delight of Harry’s Bar downstairs for £20 per hour. Enter from a dedicated entrance from the car park and you will be greeted by a roaring fire and a staffed bar, should your group want any drinks or snacks. This fantastic room holds up to 120 people, or open the entrance to The Nailers Suite and use the whole venue’s capacity of 200.
*Please note, access to Harrys Bar is available from 5:30pm on Saturdays and 3pm on Sundays from September to April, during the rugby season.
Your club matters
We understand that a yoga class and a Rotary meeting require very different facilities and services. Our rooms are spacious and easily adaptable, no matter what you and your members get up to. If you require any particular equipment setting up, let us know and we will make sure you have everything you need.
As for refreshments, our bars serve a wide range of drinks and snacks. However, if you would like a little extra for your members, we can prepare and serve a variety of hot or cold food, as a buffet or around the table. Please get in touch and let us know what you require. We would love to help.
