Helping the community
We work with and support many local clubs at our venue. We continue to help our community stay active, providing pitches for Burntwood Dragons & Phoenix FC who now use us as their home ground.
Some of the groups who already benefit from our excellent facilities include short mat bowls, pilates, an outdoor bootcamp and an over 50’s club. Whatever the nature of your club, group, association or society, our rooms can be adapted to suit your needs and our tailored services keep your members happy.

We extend our offer of exceptional rates for room hire to you, whether you meet to socialise, keep fit, or make a difference, on a weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
The Nailers Suite for Clubs
This spacious upstairs room and balcony space includes a stage and fully stocked and manned bar, should you require refeshments. Holding up to 110 people, the suite can be adapted to suit the nature of your group, all for £20 per hour. With its dedicated entrance from the car park, lift and accessible restrooms, this room is perfect for all your members.
An entrance onto the Harry’s Bar landing area and the stairs leading down to Harry’s Bar can be kept closed for your privacy, or you can open it up to utilise the venue’s full facilities.
Harry’s Bar for Clubs
For larger societies, treat your members to the delight of Harry’s Bar downstairs for £20 per hour. Enter from a dedicated entrance from the car park and you will be greeted by a roaring fire and a staffed bar, should your group want any drinks or snacks. This fantastic room holds up to 150 people, or open the entrance to The Nailers Suite and use the whole venue’s capacity of 250.
*Please note, access to Harrys Bar is available from 5:30pm on Saturdays and 3pm on Sundays from September to April, during the rugby season.
The Magnificent Outdoor Grand Marquee - for Clubs
Should your club, group or society require a venue for an AGM, an awards presentation or any other special occasion, look no further than the Outdoor Grand Marquee. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the surrounding Chasewater Country Park and entertain 200 members and guests in this remarkable setting.
For just £695 (plus £100 refundable deposit), the Marquee is yours to hire in the first week of July and includes a bar and bar staff. We can also supply catering for your event, whether it is a buffet or banquet you require. If any attendees have special dietary requirements, our experienced Events Team are here to help.
Typically the Grand Marquee is booked for weddings at this time of year, but we are able to offer you the opportunity to impress your members with this fabulous venue.
